At this stage we collaborate with you to a create a design that meets your needs aesthetically & functionally, after discussing these on site. This includes;
- A copy of the Conceptual Design Package
- Up to 2 revisions with Concept Design

During this phase we will liaise with a range of industry cabinet makers, stonemasons etc requesting estimation for construction based on the Conceptual Design Package. We will then work closely with the chosen suppliers to ensure the desired design is created and produced. We will work closely with these suppliers to determine their timelines and begin scheduling the installations.

During this milestone we would oversee & liaise directly with confirmed trades & suppliers, ensuring that the project stays on schedule. We will correspond with the trades if any issues arrive and come to an effective solution with approval from the client. The agreed upon schedule and time frames will be discussed with all parties involved.
